Gary Sakuma, USPTA, Wilson TEAM Member shows a running crosscourt groundstroke drill. This drill can be done on both ends of the court to cover both the forehand and backhand sides. Players must hit the ball crosscourt on the first shot only.
Nick Leong, Punahou Graduate, Hawaii State High School Doubles Champion helps 5 & 6 year olds with a team building exercise. In this "Caterpillar" drill the students try to make the ball go around to the other end without dropping.

As a member of both the Head/Penn and Reebok Advisory Staffs and National Speaker Bureaus, Joe is a frequent speaker at national and international tennis conferences, having conducted over 250 workshops in the last 10 years.
He is featured in fifteen 30-minute shows on the Tennis Channel, a nationwide cable channel devoted to tennis in the United States. He is also the founder and president of Oncourt Offcourt, Ltd., a company exclusively serving the needs of tennis, fitness, and physical education coaches with innovative training aids and educational tools. He lives in Dallas, Texas, with his wife, Monika, and their daughter, Kalindi.
