Awesome video. I agree the only way to hone your serve is first serve then second serve in that order. Vary speed of first serve (slice and flat and a few hard kicks))and kick and twist the second.
If i ever come to Hawaii I would like to take a lesson from you.

What I liked: Color coordinated poly spots & cones; Serving from different places; and Scoring system.
What I didn't like so much: Too much math! Jeepers! :)
Great job! Maybe we can modify it for the little kids somehow?

explanation of the drill is very clear ,easy to understand.I need this practice for me also. I just wanted to see Coah's demo. overoll, it's very high ranked video and very professional.I think peeps want to buy this.
