After watching this video, I made a small set up change in my forehand yesterday at the courts which made an unbelievable difference in the contact and power.

I normally play with a eastern forehand grip but I moved it over slightly (Idon't think I can use a true semi-western) to the 4th bevel and just stuck with it.
I then just swung as before but consistently was getting an excellent contact on the ball, obviously hitting the sweetspot and literally getting about 10-20 mph faster ball speed.

I have improved a lot since I started playing with this change. You have to follow-through more and hit it a little harder - which I had never done before:)

Would be interested if anyone else has had this success.
